Maplestory allows you to interact with others online. In maplestory, you are a character with a certain job and your aim is to fight as many monsters as possible and level up. Monster may drop money and equipments. With money, you can buy stuff from an npc (non-player character) or find a good deal in the free market and use them. There are tops, bottoms, hats, gloves, capes, shoes, weapons, shields and even earrings and necklaces for you to wear. These armours help boost your attacking power and defence. In this way, you can kill monsters faster and receive less damage from them.
In maplestory, there are five different jobs. Each job has their unique attacking skills. They are warrior thief, magician, bowman and pirate. There are many quests that you can do to help you level up. With this, I shall start my story (finally).
I first heard about it from my friend when I was primary five. The way he described it was so interesting that I decided to try it out. I heard from him that there are cards that can be purchased called a-cash. So, I bought one and tried it out. It was good to use, and by the end of the year, I have spent (wasted) about $100. Thus, I stopped buying them and played maplestory without the cards. Year after year, I started to get bored. I stopped playing that at the end of primary school. Last holiday, when I was about to delete the icon on my desktop, I decided to try it again. That holiday, I played till level 53, while last time, the most that I have played is level 38. Now, I am in love with maplestory again and am looking forward to the next holiday. If you have any interest, please find me...
