What's so interesting about soccer? What meaning does it have? Why do people find it fun kicking a ball around?

When I just entered Victoria School, all I heard from my classmates were soccer, soccer and soccer. Then, I found out that many people were playing Fifa 08 on PSP, PS3, and Xbox 360 and so on. So I decided to try it out. The first time I played: 3-0. Then, 2-0... Just how do I play this game??? So, I decided to try as best as I could, and scored a goal! Just as I thought I would win, they scored the equalizer... Then, I managed to score from half-field (I had actually given up already). A lucky shot! Then, they scored...

I stopped playing after that. But still, everyone is talking about it. I got some tips from my friends and I decided to try again. A month later, I was winning every game. A month and a half later, I was completely in love with soccer. I started playing manager mode and made a team with top players like Torres, Messi and Fabregas. In the third term, we had soccer during every P.E. lesson. I found that I have ultra low shooting accuracy and lousy passing, so I decided to be a defender. I was always looking forward to the next P.E. lesson. That year, I blocked many shots and my legs were always aching all over. In September while I was playing soccer during my CCA, some guy came along and kicked my leg so hard that my bone broke. From then on, I could not play soccer until this year…

During CNY while I was playing Fifa 09, I found out how to score from half-field. You must lead them by 1 or 2 point then at the 85th minute or so,clear the ball behind your keeper. When your opponent is taking a corner, he would probably call his keeper to come out. After he crosses, take the ball and pass it to the player nearest to the opponents field. Then, clear the ball from your side of the field facing your opponents side, remember to stand in the middle and shoot. The ball would go straight into your opponent's open goal.

I tried this a couple of times, and replayed it dozens of times. It was really funny when Petre Cech fell down in despair as I scored from half-field using Fabregas. You should try it out. It is not just funny, it is hilarious...

Anyway, I have started playing Fifa 09 instead of Fifa08. I will just list out my team stuff for fun.
